服務管理軟體企業Zuper於11月5日正式推出專為熟練技工設計的智能眼鏡Zuper Glass。該產品主要面向屋頂作業、暖通空調、電氣及管道等領域的現場技術人員，致力於在複雜工作環境中提升作業效率與安全性。

Zuper Glass支援語音操控，可與Zuper移動應用實時同步。現場人員無需手動操作，即可完成拍攝記錄、填寫檢查清單、更新工作狀態等任務，所有數據將即時回傳至Zuper平台，形成可執行信息，幫助技術人員更專注於作業質量與操作安全。

該產品在開發過程中廣泛聽取了技術人員、暖通專家及現場主管的實際需求，針對以往現場工作中同時操作工具、設備和紙質工單的不便，提供了語音化、無紙化的創新解決方案。其設計堅固，具備防塵、防雨與耐高溫性能，能夠適應機房、屋頂、工地等苛刻環境。

Zuper Glass supports voice control and synchronizes in real-time with the Zuper mobile app. Field personnel can complete tasks such as photo documentation, filling out checklists, and updating job statuses without manual operation. All data is instantly transmitted back to the Zuper platform, forming actionable information that helps technicians focus more on work quality and operational safety.

During development, the product incorporated extensive feedback from technicians, HVAC experts, and field supervisors.
