立訊精密越南工廠擴產Meta VR設備 新增年產能900萬台

立訊精密位於越南北寧省的雲中生產基地正計劃大幅擴產，重點聚焦於Meta品牌虛擬實境設備的生產。根據公司最新項目規劃，該基地將新增一條年產能達900萬台的VR頭顯生產線，並同步將VR設備充電盒年產能提升450萬台，同時引入充電底座的嶄新製造工序。

此次擴產是立訊精密提升越南工廠整體產能計劃的重要組成部分，目標是將年總產量從2.57億件提高至3.11億件。項目總投資額為5.2億美元，預計新增招聘超過1.1萬名員工，使工廠員工總數增至約3.14萬人。

在技術層面，VR頭顯的生產整合了包含15道精密工序的完整流程，涵蓋冷卻系統、控制系統、顯示系統、菲涅爾/Pancake鏡片安裝，以及攝影機、感測器校準等關鍵環節。為強化產業鏈協同，立訊精密還持續推進對半導體元件及PCBA電路板領域的投資，以完善其電子製造生態體系。

Luxshare Precision Expands Production of Meta VR Devices at Vietnam Factory, Adds 9 Million Units Annual Capacity
Luxshare Precision’s Yunzhong production base in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, is planning a significant expansion focused on the production of Meta-brand virtual reality (VR) devices. According to the company’s latest project plan, the base will add a new VR headset production line with an annual capacity of 9 million units, simultaneously increasing the annual production capacity of VR device charging cases by 4.5 million units, while introducing new manufacturing processes for charging docks.

This expansion is a key component of Luxshare Precision’s plan to enhance the overall capacity of its Vietnam factory, aiming to increase total annual output from 257 million units to 311 million units. The total investment in the project is USD 520 million, with plans to recruit over 11,000 new employees, bringing the total workforce at the factory to approximately 31,400.

On the technical front, VR headset production integrates a comprehensive process involving 15 precision steps, covering cooling systems, control systems, display systems, Fresnel/Pancake lens installation, and key procedures such as camera and sensor calibration. To strengthen industry chain collaboration, Luxshare Precision continues to advance investments in semiconductor components and PCBA circuit board sectors to enhance its electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
