歌爾VR整機二期項目在青島開工 投資16億打造產業高地

近日，歌爾虛擬現實整機二期生產基地項目開工儀式在青島市嶗山區舉行，嶗山區委書記張元升、區長楊克敏等領導出席。該項目落戶青島虛擬現實產業園，佔地112畝，計劃投資16億元人民幣，規劃建築面積21.5萬平方米，將建設3棟廠房、1棟行政中心及相關配套設施，預計於2027年完工。

此次合作是嶗山區與歌爾集團雙向推動的重要成果。項目建成後，將搭建行業領先的智慧製造產線，聚焦國內外頭部企業的VR整機、AI智慧眼鏡及核心元件生產，不僅助力歌爾提升全球VR產業競爭力，也為青島打造國內頂尖的虛擬現實硬體製造高地注入強勁動能。

下一步，嶗山區將圍繞「整機硬體＋軟體應用＋內容生態」的全產業鏈發展框架，持續推進青島虛擬現實產業園的建設與運營，目標是打造國內一流、具備國際影響力的虛擬現實產業高地，並朝「全球VR第一園」的願景邁進。

Goertek’s Phase II VR Complete Machine Project Breaks Ground in Qingdao, Investing 1.6 Billion Yuan to Build Industry Hub
Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for Goertek’s Phase II virtual reality complete machine production base project was held in Laoshan District, Qingdao. The project is located in the Qingdao Virtual Reality Industrial Park, covering 112 mu (approximately 7.5 hectares) with a planned investment of 1.6 billion yuan. The total planned construction area is 215,000 square meters, which will include three factory buildings, one administrative center, and supporting facilities. Completion is expected in 2027.

The collaboration represents a significant achievement of the mutual commitment between Laoshan District and Goertek Group. Upon completion, the project will establish industry-leading smart manufacturing production lines, focusing on the production of VR complete machines, AI smart glasses, and core components for leading domestic and international companies. This will not only enhance Goertek’s global competitiveness in the VR industry but also inject strong momentum into Qingdao’s ambition to become a top-tier virtual reality hardware manufacturing hub in China.

Next, Laoshan District will continue to advance the construction and operation of the Qingdao Virtual Reality Industrial Park, following the framework of “complete machine hardware + software applications + content ecosystem.” The goal is to build a first-class, internationally influential virtual reality industry hub and move toward the vision of becoming the “global number one VR park.”
