In the patented process, the smart door lock emits a visible light signal containing an unlocking command. The smart glasses worn by the user receive this light signal, generate authentication information, and transmit it back via visible light. The lock then verifies the credentials and unlocks automatically. Unlike NFC unlocking which requires a mobile device, this technology eliminates manual steps.
